Always check the condo associations reserve funds before buying a condo. Some condo associations have low maintenance fees to attract potential buyers.
A special assessment fee could be levied if there is not enough money in the reserve fund to cover a major repair/replacement such as a new roof or driveway.
The Condo inspection includes inspection of the entire interior, kitchen appliances, windows, garage and attached patio or deck.
The attic, hot water heater, heating and air conditiong units are inspected if separate.
